so drained.

i simply feel exhausted these days, by 10:30pm im already so sleepy that i couldn't open my eyes, feel like an old lady, but yeah today i felt so drained to do any work in class,i swear it feels like summer,in the classroom, the breeze and the perfect sunny day is the ideal condition for sleeping and lazing around :)

oh and this flower, omg i LOVE IT (does anyone know the name of this tree??) soooo pretty :D

and also i feel quite on edge since this wk is like the calm before the storm i.e. there is a certain strange sense of tranquility before all the tests flood in at once in 2 wks time. definitely not looking forward to that.

oh n yeah today public speaking after school we watched the martin luther king's 'i have a dream' speech, and despite the fact that it was quite moving, it is really long. especially after school im so sleepy, but then they got us to make impromptus, i HATE IMPROMPTUS. seriously. but surprisingly today was fine, coz we have 5-10 min to prepare a 1-2 min speech on any topic that we 'feel passionately' about... so i did famine, and i think i was pretty convincing XD

and i ended the speech by suggesting they donate to world vision by sponsoring me, but that kinda failed... i was told that i need a stronger conclusion. hmm.

oh yeah n today we had da vinci decathlon 'inter-school' comp thing, coz nearly the whole grade wants to do it, so we had a kind of face-off thing between the groups... and i hate the questions coz we did them last yr or sth, but i forgot the answers!!! so yeah i dont think there is a big chance of us getting in, unless a miracle happens. but since i don't believe in miracles, so yeah.
